The blocks are put together with a black strip on the top and right side of every patch . The quilt is then assembled in asymmetrical sections. The final step is to add a full-length border to the left side and bottom of the quilt only. Starting with fussy cut squares for the small blocks adds an extra element of fun. This design could easily be doubled to create a single bed quilt or quadrupled to create a queen bed quilt.
